Love this poem – is your muse a Jade plat or is her mind like a Jade plant… either way she should be in your living room to make you the most money – according to the rules of Fung Shui 😉
I like the linking of succulent and mind, I’d never thought of those two going together but you do it well here. The muse’s mind like a plant, thoughts dropping from her lips and into your mind. Coming out of your mind and into this poem.
It struck me that a jade plant is a succulent, in that it stores water in its fleshy petals/leaves and how the muse’s mind is similar in its storage of ideas as life giving water. It was a stretch but that’s how my mind worked. Lol

I did take a picture of a jade plant I have, which is young and leggy, but I couldn’t get a good composition from it, so I got this pic off of google.
